C'est en fait un choix difficile entre: 1) On ne change rien sachant qu'il y'a un gros probleme, que c'est pas normal mais les choses fonctionnent "correctement", 2) On change tout avec une risque de gros problemes (politique, économique, etc..) pendant quelques années pour faire un vrai changement sachant l'historique de l'Algérie, la notion tribale encore un peu existante et la situation de la Kabylie. Le systeme a aussi fait qu'il n'ai aucune alternative valable pour le moment. C'est un choix difficile mais la jeunesse ont a marre et semble décider a faire une changement.
