    L' Argentine a confirmé l'achat de 5 SEM.

    Argentina’s Ministry of Defence gave final approval for the navy to buy five Dassault Super Etendard Modernisé combat aircraft from France, Argentine Minister of Defence Oscar Aguad confirmed on 2 October.

    The sale’s details were already negotiated so the aircraft are expected to soon be delivered to the navy’s 2nd Escuadrilla Aeronaval de Caza y Ataque. The unit will briefly use several of the aircraft to train crews, and then Argentine Super Etendards will be updated using modernisation kits and spares cannibalised from the French aircraft.

    The aim is to recover the Argentine planes, which are out of service but are Argentina’s only supersonic military aircraft.

    Il n'y a qu'un site sur Kounashir et ça ressemble plus à un terrain d'aviation civil. Itouroup était beaucoup plus important avec une base aérienne majeure (Burevestnik) et deux terrains d'aviation plus au nord (Vetrovoye). Il y a aussi d'autres petites pistes un peu partout comme l'ancienne Miyoshino japonaise, près de Severo-Kourilsk tout au nord de l'archipel.

    Si ça doit investir, je miserai bien sur Burevestnik.

    Il y a également depuis quelques temps déjà un petit détachement d'hélicos de la 573ème Air Base (101st Independent Helicopter a Borevesnik).

    SI je comprends la doc de ce qui est monté de base dans l'appareil, il n'y a pas de moyen de désignation autonome autre que le pod 10 KS-N (http://tejasmrca.weebly.com/military-aviation/t-50-pak-fa ).

    Par contre quelqu'un saurait m'expliquer ce qu'est le 101KS-P instrumental flight augmentor ? Une lentille de Luneberg (http://www.luneberg.fr/principes/) pour augmenter la SER ?

    101 KS-P :high-resolution thermal imager provides low-level flying and landing at night. Information about him are scarce.
