[Que valait le MiG-25 ?]

Vidéo en anglais traitant de la manière dont théoriquement un intercepteur MiG-25 était censé pouvoir abattre une cible volant à mach 3 avec un missile air-air R-40, l'intérêt de la vidéo réside dans certains détails techniques sur l'avion et le missile R-40 ainsi que des détails techniques sur les procédés d'interception en vigueur au sein de la Voskaya PVO.

Ils sont parmi les derniers MiG-25 encore en service dans le monde. Mais d'ici cet été ça sera fini apparemment, ils quitteraient définitivement le service après le défilé militaire du 5 juillet à Alger.
