Après les F-16 et C-130 américains, la Pologne pourrait choisir un appareil d'entrainement Coréen !
WARSAW, Poland - BAE Systems has pulled out of Poland's 1.45 billion zloty ($533 million) competition for the purchase of 16 lead-in fighter trainer jets, reported local weekly Polska Zbrojna.
The U.K. company withdrew because its Hawk Advanced Jet Trainer is not equipped with a digital fly-by-wire control system and a radio location system as stipulated in the request for proposals, BAE spokesman John Neilson told the weekly.
As a result, Korea Aerospace Industries, with the T-50 Golden Eagle, reportedly has the best chance of winning the Polish contest, given that its trainer jet is most responsive to the technical specifications. http://www.defensenews.com/story.php?i=6889835&c=EUR&s=AIR
