En France on aurait beaucoup de mal à tolérer une petite société privé (hobbist et crowfunding) qui se lance dans le spatial, ce qui est assez compréhensible, mais on fait bien des tests de M51 à biscarosse,

un petit poucet qui commence, ouille ! y a encore beaucoup de travail avant de réussir à atteindre l'orbite,  un concurrent  potentiel de rocket lab

Pourquoi pas. Les Espagnols se sont lance avec PLD Space. Avec le soutien de l'ESA. Il manque peut être simplement quelqu'un en France avec les ressources suffisante et la volonté de se lancer dans le domaine.

Sinon, il y a en Europe le SPL ou Swiss Propulsion Laboratory , une association qui développe des technologies astronautiques sur la base de technos disponibles dans le commerce, genre turbo de camion ou de bateau pour les turbopompes...ecetera.

WHO ARE WE?

SPL is a small startup company, which was founded in 1998 as a non commercial research institute. Commercial orders were handled through ARO TECHNOLOGIES. Since April 2017 SPL is a registered LLC. Along with the 3 founders, currently 6 people are working as volunteers for SPL.

OUR VALUES

The pioneer spirit of the former generations of Switzerland, made this country to a country, which is known for their precise and sophisticated products. It has as well collected lots of space- or nearspace experiences, for example with the ZENIT sounding rocket.

We believe, that it is worth, to continue with this tradition! We do this with sound, scientific and engineering methods, in an ecofriendly way and for civil purpose.
