Et qui a surtout un faux air de LCS

Si les Turcs ne s'étaient pas fâchés avec les israéliens, ils pourraient leurs en vendre  :lol: des Milgem aux faux airs de LCS.En espérant, qu'elles ne rencontrent pas les mêmes problèmes des LCS américaines.

Oui l'achat du F35 à été temporairement bloqué, car la Turquie souhaite un accès au code source de l'avion, LM ayant déjà balayé cette option d’accès totale, on parle de laisser la possibilité aux pays membre du projet d'avoir un accès partiel afin d'intégrer certains système de fabrication locale.

La Turquie veut pouvoir intégrer ceci par exemple:

Le missile antinavire a des faux airs du missile norvégien NSM de chez Kongsberg qui eux pourront être intégrés dans les F35A.

Les marines turque et égyptienne seront en manoeuvres communes dans l’est de la Méditerranée, du 7 au 14 octobre. Si cet exercice est assez rituel, se déroulant à l’automne, il est bien évident que la situation en Syrie – et sa récente aggravation – comme les possibles répercussions au Liban, rendent l’exercice Bahr E Sadaka (Sea of friendship) inhabituel. D’autant que les Turcs ont mis les moyens. Comme le mentionne notre collègue turc, Turskish navy, ils engagent 2 frégates, 2 navires rapides d’attaque, un ravitailleur, mais aussi 2 navires de débarquement, une compagnie d’infanterie de mrine, 2 hélicoptères et une équipe de forces spéciales.

The Turkish Navy is scheduled to purchase two locally built logistical support ships, a senior procurement official said over the weekend.

The ships will be deployed to the southeastern Mediterranean and to the eastern Black Sea, two important regions, the significance of which is growing for Turkey.

The Undersecretariat for Defense Industries (SSM), the procurement agency, released a request for information for 12 of the country’s largest shipyards, and the reply time was delayed until Dec. 19. Now the SSM is evaluating the reply bids for the program.

The ships will have a large fuel section and communications equipment, the procurement official said. “It will be quite easy for us to manufacture the two logistical support ships.”

The ships, depending to their size and communications equipment, are set to cost over $100 million each. Aselsan, the military communications plant, is set to provide the equipment.

“The logistical needs of our sea fleets are quite large, and it has been decided to meet such needs on the location,” said the official. Turkey is at odds with Greek Cyprus over oil-and-gas-search activities with Israel in the eastern Mediterranean.

The ships will be protected by nearby frigates and other vessels.

The Turkish Navy has several vessel programs. It is discussing the development of new intermediate-class frigates, currently dubbed the TF100, that would replace the German-made Mekos, to be deployed to the Aegean and the Black Sea in the next decade.

“Our new main frigate will remain the TF2000. The TF100, if decided to be built, would be a follow-up to the German Meko-type frigates and would be something smaller and simpler for the transition to the TF2000 air defense frigates,” said the official last week.

The Navy also has programs to produce a land platform dock, resembling a helicopter carrier, and submarines. It also is building eight corvettes. Corvettes and frigates are the smallest warships, but frigates are the largest of these ships in the Navy of Turkey, which has no coasts on oceans.December/31/2012

The Turkish Navy is discussing the development of new, intermediate-class frigates – currently dubbed the TF100 – that would replace the German-made Mekos and be deployed to the Aegean and Black Sea in the next decade, a senior procurement official said Dec. 19.

“Our new main frigate will remain the TF2000. The TF100, if built, would be a follow-up to the German Meko-type frigates and would be something smaller and simpler for transition to the TF2000 air defense frigates,” said the official.

The roughly 3,500-ton Meko 200-type frigates entered service in the 1990s. Turkey has about 10 8 of the frigates made by Blohm + Voss shipyards in Germany at $500 million each, including research and development expenses.

Murad Bayar, chief of the Undersecretariat of Defense Industries (SSM) procurement agency, has repeatedly said that Turkish shipyards have the capacity to build frigates, even now. “We have several military and private shipyards to build equivalents of the Meko-class frigates,” he said Dec. 19. “There is a need to replace these frigates around 2020 and we can do that.”

The SSM has not been officially informed of the TF100 frigates, but could immediately work on them once notified.

Out of service in the upcoming years

The Meko 200-class frigates have been used by the Turkish, Royal Australian, Hellenic, Portuguese and Royal New Zealand Navies since 1987, but are due to be taken out of service in the upcoming years.

The star of the Turkish Navy will be the four plus four TF2000 air defense frigates, worth up to $7 billion, to be developed in the 2020s after the completion of one-third to one-eighth of the Milgem corvettes in the second half of the 2010s.

A statement by the SSM recently said there was a need to procure air defense frigates that would provide defense against classical and modern munitions fired from aircraft and other platforms, command and control, early warning systems, reconnaissance, surface warfare, underwater warfare, electronic warfare and air defense warfare.

The procurement official said that U.S. aerospace company Lockheed Martin, British BAE Systems and Spanish Navantia were ready to participate in the program, due to be completed in 2023 alongside the 100th year of the Turkish Republic.

The navigation speed of this program’s TF2000 frigates is 18 knots and the maximum speed is 28 knots. (?)

Turkish firm Aselsan has already been given the task of developing a multipurpose radar to counter air threats, but what the program lacks is something similar to the U.S. Standard Missile 2 (or SM-2) missile, which Turkish officials are now seeking from the United States.

As reflected in its name, the TF2000 was designed in the 1990s but could not be finalized at the time due to a series of financial crises.

The procurement official said that normally this should be the last Navy program that would require foreign company assistance.

Turkey is currently continuing to produce the Milgem corvettes. The TCG Heybeliada of this class had already joined the Navy and the TCG Buyukada has been put to sea. The next meeting of the Defense Industry Executive Committee, chaired by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, is due to decide on a civilian shipyard to carry on the production.

Corvettes and frigates are the smallest of warships. As Turkey has no ocean coasts, frigates are the largest of these ships in the Turkish Navy.

Elle sert à quoi la tour au milieu, entre les grues?  :rolleyes:

J'imagine qu'il s'agit du PC transbordement. Il est idéalement placé entre les lignes de ravitaillement pour bien juger du déroulement des opérations en cours. La passerelle s'occupe de la vigie et de la tenue de route, cette "tour" s'occupe des opérations de transfert de marchandises et de fluides.

C'est ce qu'on appelle le PC cargaison (il y a la même installation sur les PRE). Dissociée de la passerelle de conduite du navire ce PC permet aux équipes techniques de gèrer les opérations complexes de ravitaillement à la mer soit de charges liquides soit de charges solides. C'est de là que l'on met en oeuvre les machineries très complexes des portiques de transfert.

China unveils new details of LHD ahead of Turkish decision

The China Shipbuilding and Offshore International Co (CSOC) has disclosed new information on the first landing helicopter dock (LHD) design it is submitting for Turkey's LHD requirement.

CSOC has established a partnership with Turkey's DESAN shipyard for the competition, which could be decided this year. The design was first revealed in model form at the Defense & Security 2012 exhibition in Bangkok in early March 2012. Company officials provided IHS Jane's with more data at the recent IDEX show in Abu Dhabi.

Named the 20000T Landing Patrol Dock, the vessel is 211 m long, has a beam of 32.6 m, a height of 26.8 m and a displacement of between 20,000 and 22,000 tonnes. Powered by four diesel engines, it has a range of 7,000 miles at 16 kt with an endurance of 30 days. The ship is double-hulled to enhance survivability, and can accommodate up to 1,068 personnel and eight helicopters, with hangar space for four. The model indicates it will have a well deck.

Turkey's navy has sought an LHD since the 1990s but the country's Undersecretariat for Defence Industries (SSM) did not issue requests for tenders until February 2010, with three shipyards replying in May 2011. RMK Marine submitted an indigenous design, while the SEDEF shipyard collaborated with Spain's Navantia to propose a version of its Juan Carlos -class LHD.

The DESAN shipyard's offer was initially reported to have been based on either a South Korean or Chinese design. The selection decision was expected in early January 2013 after previously being delayed to give all bidders time to submit proposals; however, it has since been put on hold again and the decision is now unlikely to be made before March.

CSOC officials stressed that the LHD design was for export only and would not comment on possible LHD designs for the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN). During a Chinese TV interview in November 2012, Admiral Yin Zhou stated China's future LHDs would be much larger, potentially approaching a displacement of 40,000 tonnes, similar in size to the US Navy's LHDs.

While China has yet to build a LHD, it has constructed three Type 071 ( Yuzhao -class) landing platform dock (LPD) amphibious assault ships, and offered a version of this design to Malaysia in 2006.

Alenia Aermacchi a annoncé ce 24 juillet avoir livré le premier ATR 72-600 TMUA (Turkish Maritime Utility Aircraft) destiné à la marine turque. Le second exemplaire devrait, lui, être réceptionné dans le courant de l’été.

Turkey's Undersecretariat for Defense Industries (SSM) just announced via press release that it selected Sedef shipyard as winner of its LPD tender and that final contract negotiations with this shipyard can now begin. Sedef shipyard in Turkey offers a design based on Juan Carlos LHD under the collaboration with Spain's Navantia.
