Le 25/05/2017 les Su30-SM 71 et 72 « Bleu » assemblé à l'usine IAPO à Irkoutsk , ont rejoint le 72ème des VMF, de la Flotte de la Baltique, basé à Chernyakhovsk.
Vont sans doute remplacer l'escadron de Su-24M/MR et toujours dans la 72th Guards Air Base un escadron de Su-27P (Chkalovsk) encore en activité.

La date du premier vol me paraît très optimiste...
l'article de Red Samovar datant de mi-avril fait justement le point sur le programme.
Tass citant Borisov fin avril se montrer plus prudent est avancé la date de 2025 pour un 1er vol et production vers 2028-2029.
