  1. Possible FMS Of P-8A MPA To Germany: P-3C Stop-Gap Solution Or MAWS Alternative ?
    Boeing-funded-for-P-8A-Increment-3-devel

The United States' State Department approved a possible Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to Germany of five Boeing P-8A Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) and associated support, and related equipment, for an estimated cost of $1.77 billion.
    ...
Question remains however on whether the German MoD has the necessary funding to procure new P-8A MPAs… and whether this will truly be a temporary stop-gap solution or an alternative to MAWS.

Le choix de la solution "stop gap" se ferait entre:

    the C295 Persuader from Airbus
the RAS-72 Sea Eagle from RAS
    the P-8A Poseidon from Boeing.

Departed on February 28 from the base of the US Navy’s Second Fleet in Norfolk, the Cavour ship has started the “hot” phase of the “Ready for Operations” campaign. The first landing of a US Marine Corps F-35B aircraft on the deck of the Navy aircraft carrier represents a fundamental step in the long and complex certification process for the use of the new aircraft.[/quote]

  4. Japan’s MHI Launches ‘Mogami’ 「もがみ」First-In-Class 30FFM Frigate For The JMSDF
    Japans-MHI-launches-Mogami-first-in-clas

Japanese shipbuilder Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) in Nagasaki launched today "Mogami", the first-in-class 30FFM, a next generation frigate for the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF).

While another shipyard, Mitsui E & S Shipbuilding located in Okayama launched the second ship of the class, Kumano, back in November 2020, Mogami is the first ship of the 30FFM class. This is because Mitsui E&S received a subcontracting order from MHI (the main contractor) for the construction of the 3,900-ton frigate for the JMSDF.

France’s New Submarine Will Be Even Quieter Than The Ocean
    French-Navy-SNLE-3G-Submarine-Cutaway-77

The French Navy's new strategic submarine, SNLE-3G is one of a new breed of Western ballistic missile submarines. Together with the U.S. Navy's Columbia-class and the Royal Navy's Dreadnought it will be particularly stealthy. Its noise levels will be lower than the surrounding ocean making it very hard to detect. Combined with a host of new technologies this should ensure its survivability against future threats.

    ...

“The submarine will be so quiet that its radiated noise may be less than the ambient noise in the ocean”.

“One important factor in designing SNLE-3G is the heritage. We take possession of the best of what our elders did, we modernize it and digitize it. SNLE-3G main difference will be its unique processing power and an incremental combat system which will be future proof and batch-upgradable throughout the life of the submarine. Each new batch will learn from the previous batches. This is SYCOBS 3.0, the future combat management system of SNLEG-3G, under development by Naval Group. SNLE3G is being designed to face and survive the future threats likely to emerge after 2035.”

    ...
According to H I Sutton, Belgorod will be one of the largest submarines in the world and will play a key role in building military infrastructure deep under the Arctic as well as carrying the new Poseidon Intercontinental Nuclear-Powered Nuclear-Armed Autonomous Torpedo. She was an unfinished OSCAR-II cruise missile submarine KC-139 which is being converted to serve as a Special Missions host submarine. she will be crewed by the Russian Navy but operated under GUGI, the secretive Main Directorate Deep Sea Research organization. In order to conduct covert special missions, it will carry a deep diving midget submarine, large payloads and the new KANYON (Status-6) strategic nuclear torpedo weapon. The project started in 2010, with the refit commencing in 2012, and she was finally launched on 23rd April 2019.

Voici une analyse sur les programmes naval turques à venir (notez aussi un MALE UAV... qu'ils auront probablement avant la Marine Nationale)

Analysis: The Future Of The Turkish Navy
    Analysis-The-Future-of-the-Turkish-Navy-

The presence and visibility of the Turkish Naval Forces (Türk Deniz Kuvvetleri) have increased considerably within the Blue Homeland doctrine framework for several years. Regional disputes require Turkish naval forces to deploy more at sea. Thus, the Turkish defense industry's national policy has supported the continuously active Turkish Navy (TN), and a force composition is formed with indigenous weapons and systems.
