This vehicle is rumored to be a special purpose armored assault vehicle, code named “Ansyr”. The client is believed to be the Russian MVD. The tender for the development of the vehicle took place in early 2011. The vehicle is designed to support special operations, patrols, and reconnaissance, all while offering the crew enhanced protection. The vehicle can operate successfully in temperatures ranging from -45 degrees C to +50 degrees C, and at altitudes of up to 3,000 meters. The vehicle can cross various types of terrain, and at any time of the year and day. The vehicle is an all-wheel drive with lockable inter-axle and cross-axle differentials and an all-wheel independent suspension.
