Et surtout elle tombe mal avec l'instabilite en Egypte et la "bataille" a l'ONU, et les palestiniens le savent alors ils profitent. D'abord c'etait le Jihad Islamique qui tirait les roquettes et puis maintenant que le Jihad accepte la treve egyptienne, ce sont les vieux communistes du FPLP (j'avais presque fini par les oublier ceux-la). En gros, c'est la concurrence entre milice palestiniennes et chacun essaye de montrer qu'il en la plus grosse, et le pretendu gouvernement Hamas ne controle personne (et je vois pas comment les laiques du Fatah reussiraient a controler un territoire ou meme le Hamas est deborde par plus islamiste que lui).

T'as sans doute raison, je vois ce que cherche l'actuel gouvernement a part prolonger le statut quo en Cisjordanie. Moi, si les tirs sur Ashkelon se prolongent, je ne m'opposerais pas a une guerre. La on ne parle plus d'une petite localite perdue comme Sderot mais de la quatrieme ville du pays. Si on ne reagit pas, ca risque de se banaliser et on trouvra normal que de temps en temps, des roquettes tombent sur Ashkelon.

En meme temps, quand dans une compagne on n'utilise que des armements de precision on se fait traiter d'heritiers du troisieme Reich (derniere guerre de Gaza) autant balancer des MLRS au petit bonheur la chance.

C'est un vrai paradoxe, impuissants a proteger ses citoyens parce que militairement trop fort. L'autre jour, je pensais que la solution aux tirs depuis Gaza, ce serait justement de faire la meme chose, balancer des salves de roquettes non guidees au pif sur la ville de Gaza pour chaque salve palestinienne.

Ce que je comprends pas, c'est pourquoi est-ce qu'on ne fait rien (pas suffisament en tout cas) contre les connards de Gaza qui bombardent Ashkelon et qu'on s'acharne sur ce pauvre Abbas alors qu'on n'aura jamais mieux. Ca me depasse.

J'imagine oui, il faudrait des liaisons de donnees entre AWACS et et missiels presque autant que de missiles embarquees par le squadron. Et sinon, quid des liason de donnees entre Awacs et avion de chasse? Concretement, qu'est-ce que le AWACS peut envoyer a l'avion de combat?

J'ai une autre interrogation de noob en aeronautique: Les missiles air-air fox 3 en phase intertielle peuvent (voir doivent) etre recallés par l'avion lanceur. Y a-t-il un des missiles operationnels ou en projets qui peuvent etre recallés depuis un appareil autre que le lanceur (un AWACS par exemple)? Et est-ce que ca a un interet tactique? J'imagine que l'avion lanceur pourrait decrocher plus rapidement.
